Give a Gift to the Library!

There are so many wonderful new books for middle school readers being published weekly!  I have been fortunate to be able to add new titles to the library this fall because of the generous donations of many parents.  If you would like to make a donation to the library you can access our wish list at

and purchase the books directly with a credit card.  Your generousity will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the Donation!

I would like to thank student Michele Magnusson who won a donation of books for the library.  She participated in a horseback riding event at a benefit show and as a result was able to donate nine books from the Riding For Reading program.  There are three copies of each title: “Gallop to the Sea”, “The Horse from Nowhere”, and Brazen Horse”.

A NEW YEAR IN THE LIBRARY

The school year is off to a busy start in the Redwood Library!  I would like to thank the families that made donations to the library at Back to School night.  Almost $600 in donations will purchase approximately forty new books that can be enjoyed by all students.  Come to the library before school or during lunch for a recommendation of a good book!
